Every order ships free, with tracking included, no minimum spend.

Delivery times

Our commitment to quality means we process every order with care. After a processing time of 1–3 business days, your order is usually delivered within 5–9 business days. These are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on your location and current circumstances.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email. You can follow your package any time on our Track Your Order page: just enter your order number together with the email address you used at checkout.

Delivery service

Your order is delivered by UPS, FedEx or USPS, trusted carriers with real-time tracking, so you always know where your package is.

Delays due to unforeseen circumstances

Delivery times may vary during sudden spikes in demand. We always do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible, but during busy periods some delays may occur. We appreciate your understanding and will do everything we can to keep them to a minimum.

Address and delivery issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If the tracking page shows a delivery problem, such as an address the carrier can't reach, email us at info@avinosmilano.com with your order number and correct address and we'll take care of it with the carrier.
