Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving it, without providing any reason.

After cancellation, you have a further 30 days to return the product. You will then receive the full order amount, including delivery costs, credited back to your account.

Return costs

Only the return costs from your address to us are your responsibility. These costs amount to approximately $10 per package — please check your courier's website for exact rates.

Conditions

The product must be returned to Avinos, complete with all provided accessories and — where reasonably possible — in its original condition and packaging.

To exercise this right, contact us by email at info@avinosmilano.com. Once we have received the returned product, we will refund the order amount within 30 days, provided the item has been received in good condition.
